Report Lost/Stolen Card


Misplaced your Debit Card?

With BCB's Mobile App, you can suspend or cancel your card in case of lost or theft within seconds. This feature allows you to control the status of your card in such situations. 

how to use the “Suspend” Card Feature:

Icon of check mark  Open your BCB Mobile App
Icon of check mark  Go to the three line menu icon in the top left corner 
Icon of check mark  Go to preferences
Icon of check mark  Manage Cards
Icon of check mark  To suspend, click active --> suspend --> suspend again
Icon of check mark  It should say your card is now suspended
 
To reactivate: 
Icon of check mark  Open your BCB Mobile App
Icon of check mark  Go to the three line menu icon in the top left corner 
Icon of check mark  Go to preferences
Icon of check mark  Manage Cards
Icon of check mark  To activate, click suspend --> activate --> activate again
Icon of check mark  It should say your card is now active

It is important not to click REPORT when suspending your card.
Please note that reporting a card lost or stolen CANNOT be undone. 
If you are unsure, simply use the “suspend” option until you are sure!

Lost your debit card?

With BCB’s mobile app, you can use the “Report Lost or Stolen” feature. This will close your card and prevent any new transactions from posting. You can visit your nearest branch to order a new card.

(Note: You will be charged a card replacement fee.   Ask a branch representative for information regarding fees)
