HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY CARD
To activate your new debit card, simply call 1.866.823.0700.
You can also activate your card within the BCB App.
rEPORT CARD LOST
Marking your card lost, stolen, or damaged will permanently deactivate your card. This block is permanent and immediate. You can also call us at 1-866-823-0700 to report a lost or stolen card or stop in at any BCB Branch.

TRAVEL NOTIFICATIONS
Notify us of your travel plan(s) so your card is ready to travel with you.
Please allow four hours during normal business hours for the travel to be notated.
Enhanced Convenience:
You can report a lost or stolen Debit Card by:

- calling our Phone Banking toll free number (1.866.823.0700)
- calling the 24-hour number (1.866.546.8273)
- and/or by using Online Banking and/or your Mobile App.
- Changing your PIN is easy. You can now do so via Phone Banking as well as at our ATMs
How to use the “DISABLE” card feature:
Open your BCB Mobile App
Go to CARD MANAGEMENT
Select card you wish to disable
Click disable
It should say your card is now disabled
To reactivate:
Open your BCB Mobile App
Go CARD MANAGMENT
Select the card you wish to enable
Toggle enable
It should say your card is now active
