How do I activate my card?
To activate your new debit card, simply call 1.866.823.0700.
Newly issued cards will be EMV chip enabled cards.

Take full control of your debit card right from your mobile device
- Turn card on and off
- Decline or alert on specified transaction types
- Control dependent cards
- Set spending limits
- Block specific merchant types
- Decline or alert international transactions
- Set locations and regions

Get setup
Open the BCB Mobile App
- From the main menu, select Preferences.
- Go to Manage Cards > [Card Name].
- Select Alerts and Protection.
- Choose notification Settings, select how you would like to receive notification.
- Select which protection option you would like
Enhanced Convenience:
You can report a lost or stolen Debit Card by:

- calling our Phone Banking toll free number (1.866.823.0700)
- calling the 24-hour number (1.866.546.8273)
- and/or by using Online Banking and/or your Mobile App.
- Changing your PIN is easy. You can now do so via Phone Banking as well as at our ATMs.
Misplaced your Debit Card?
With BCB's Mobile App, you can suspend or cancel your card in case of lost or theft within seconds. This feature allows you to control the status of your card in such situations.

It is important not to click REPORT when suspending your card.
Please note that reporting a card lost or stolen CANNOT be undone.
If you are unsure, simply use the “suspend” option until you are sure!
